No More Stomach Burn!!!!

If you have stomach burn and for instant relief you can have half glass of refrigerated milk, it will help to less down your burning. Try to sit straight and do not rub your stomach.

How to avoid it?

If you have stomach burn problem, add plain yogurt in your diet , recommended is to take two spoon plain yogurt before your meal.
